Your impact will empower the wider product development organization and drive innovation in AI-first engineering and highly-available distributed back-end systems.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Define and execute vision and strategy for a key product area
• Support and mentor managers and engineers with technical guidance
• Drive innovation and adoption of new technologies and methodologies
• Ensure quality, performance, security, and scalability of product line

📋 Requirements

• 15+ years of software engineering experience
• 10+ years in a leadership role
• Experience building and scaling an AI-first engineering organization
• Experience building highly-available distributed back-end systems

✨ Nice to Have

• Knowledge of cloud platforms such as GCP
• Experience in both high-growth startup and larger organizations
• Ability to adapt leadership style to different environments
