🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare timely disclosure documents and quarterly earnings materials
• Conduct IR meetings with institutional and retail investors
• Formulate and execute IR strategy
• Develop business plans, financial simulations, and monthly variance analysis

📋 Requirements

• 2+ years of IR or related experience
• Native Japanese language proficiency
• Business-level English (daily conversation acceptable)
• Basic accounting knowledge

• Business-level English
• Financial modeling in Excel (three-statement model)
• Experience with listed companies in management planning or IR
