Description

You will own and drive high-impact SEO and GEO initiatives across Okta.com, identifying opportunities, executing technical and content optimizations, and collaborating cross-functionally to translate insights into measurable business outcomes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience demonstrating advanced SEO expertise (technical, content, and analytical)
• Knowledge of multiple SEO platforms such as STAT, SEMRush, Lumar/DeepCrawl, Looker Studio, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Screaming Frog
• Proficiency in spreadsheets including VLOOKUPs, % change formulas, conditional formatting
• Ability to create impactful slide decks, deliverables, and reporting materials for senior-level audiences
• Collaborative mindset contributing positively to team velocity, quality, and morale

Responsibilities

• Own all assigned SEO work with minimal supervision, proactively solving problems and identifying opportunities
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, meeting deadlines and quality standards while triaging based on business impact
• Create and communicate SEO strategy roadmaps to stakeholders and leadership
• Stay current on SEO, AI, GEO, and AEO industry changes and apply insights to daily work and long-term strategy
• Mentor and enable marketing and non-marketing stakeholders to adopt SEO best practices
