Description

You will lead the technical development of large, complex healthcare projects, coordinating all disciplines to ensure integrated deliverables and compliance. You'll oversee project teams from pre-design through construction, managing quality, risk, and documentation while collaborating with designers and clients.

Requirements

• High level specialist with Project Architect experience
• Experience leading technical aspects of large complex healthcare projects
• Knowledge of life safety, building and energy code compliance
• Proficiency in project documentation and quality management
• Ability to travel as required

Responsibilities

• Lead project team through technical and production aspects from pre-design to completion
• Manage critical path process and work plans for large complex projects
• Lead integration of building performance and sustainable design goals
• Coordinate all disciplines with architectural design intent
• Oversee Construction Administration including RFIs and submittals
