🎯 What You'll Do

• Support development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in managing employee relations issues including investigations.
• Support administration of compensation and benefits programs.
• Lead cross-functional HR projects and support enterprise initiatives.

📋 Requirements

• 3–7 years of progressive experience in HR operations.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• Working knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems and payroll processes.

• Experience supporting or leading HR projects.
• Strong analytical skills with Excel proficiency.
