You'll implement and refine Scrum methodologies across a multi-team R&D organization, leading Agile practices to promote predictable delivery. This role operates at the intersection of process and delivery, going beyond facilitation to continuously improve ways of working. You'll collaborate with Product and Engineering to ensure alignment and drive operational excellence.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead Agile ceremonies across multiple cross-functional teams
• Promote transparent communication of progress and blockers
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies for smooth releases
• Own and evolve Jira environment with workflows and automations
• Define and track KPIs to drive continuous improvement

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master or similar in high-tech
• Proactive mindset with ability to drive outcomes
• Cross-functional initiative leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent
