You'll lead customer success strategies for a cybersecurity scale-up across Europe, owning a diverse portfolio of strategic clients. You'll drive retention, adoption, and growth by building strong relationships with stakeholders up to C-level. This role offers full ownership and impact in a fast-growing company.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and lead strategic relationships with a portfolio of clients
• Identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell
• Represent client voice internally across product and engineering
• Use data to track key indicators and drive client actions

📋 Requirements

• Extensive experience in Customer Success or Account Management
• Fluent in Dutch and English
• Analytical skills with CRM experience (HubSpot or Salesforce)
• Technical acumen in SaaS or cybersecurity
