• Open support tickets and escalate issues to technical teams.

📋 Requirements

• Technical education in Telecommunications, Electronics, or Networking.
• Basic English and/or Spanish skills.
• Availability for shift-based schedule.
• Interest in telecommunications and network monitoring.
