Description

You will define and drive the company-wide AI strategy, integrating AI solutions into products, engineering, and operations. You'll lead internal AI initiatives, build enabling platforms, and foster an AI-driven culture across the organization.

Requirements

• 8+ years in technology companies, preferably in software engineering, platform engineering, or data/AI roles
• Proven experience implementing new technologies and driving technical transformations
• Hands-on experience with modern AI technologies including LLM-based tools
• Strong understanding of AI solution architecture
• Upper-intermediate or higher English

Responsibilities

• Define and drive company-wide AI strategy
• Develop and maintain AI adoption roadmap
• Integrate AI solutions into software development, data analysis, QA, documentation, and customer support workflows
• Build internal platforms and tools for AI capabilities
• Lead internal AI initiatives including experimentation and proof-of-concept projects
