• Represent GoodLeap as a subject matter expert during customer calls
• Provide exceptional customer service using strong communication skills
• Offer additional GoodLeap products to eligible customers
• Document every customer interaction in GoodLeap systems

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Demonstrated patience, empathy, and strong listening skills
• Proven reliability and strong work ethic
