Description

You will own and drive critical operational programs across campaign execution, prospect data management, and marketing process improvement at Stripe. You'll serve as a process owner for key marketing operations workstreams, partnering with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and pipeline impact.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, campaign management, or related program management in high-growth tech
  • 3+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM platforms, prospect data, and lead management
  • 3+ years of experience in end-to-end program management of cross-functional marketing, sales, and engineering initiatives
  • Experience building AI agents and using AI daily beyond chat
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Embed within the regional marketing team to understand market nuances and be primary representative for Marketing Operations initiatives
  • Serve as process owner for campaign execution workflows across email, landing pages, and paid media
  • Consult on best practices in Marketo focusing on automation, scalability, and operational design
  • Drive regional performance transparency by analyzing pipeline health and marketing database trends
  • Lead programs to address recurring operational challenges and build repeatable processes that scale
