Description
You will own and drive critical operational programs across campaign execution, prospect data management, and marketing process improvement at Stripe. You'll serve as a process owner for key marketing operations workstreams, partnering with stakeholders across marketing, sales, and engineering to deliver scalable solutions that improve efficiency, data quality, and pipeline impact.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing operations, campaign management, or related program management in high-growth tech
- 3+ years of experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM platforms, prospect data, and lead management
- 3+ years of experience in end-to-end program management of cross-functional marketing, sales, and engineering initiatives
- Experience building AI agents and using AI daily beyond chat
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Embed within the regional marketing team to understand market nuances and be primary representative for Marketing Operations initiatives
- Serve as process owner for campaign execution workflows across email, landing pages, and paid media
- Consult on best practices in Marketo focusing on automation, scalability, and operational design
- Drive regional performance transparency by analyzing pipeline health and marketing database trends
- Lead programs to address recurring operational challenges and build repeatable processes that scale
