Requirements

  • Two-year degree and/or 2-5 years related experience (undergraduate degree preferred)
  • Excellence in de-escalating customer behavior
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to balance multiple client needs
  • Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
  • Intermediate knowledge of GSuite applications and typing excellence

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries
  • Serve as lead contact for accounts and Sales, documenting all interactions
  • Build rapport with accounts, patients, and Sales to resolve missing information
  • Communicate delays and cancellations and facilitate redraw of samples
  • Research and resolve escalated issues via telephone and electronic channels
