Requirements
- Two-year degree and/or 2-5 years related experience (undergraduate degree preferred)
- Excellence in de-escalating customer behavior
- Excellent organizational skills with ability to balance multiple client needs
- Problem analysis and problem-solving skills
- Intermediate knowledge of GSuite applications and typing excellence
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to internal and external customer inquiries
- Serve as lead contact for accounts and Sales, documenting all interactions
- Build rapport with accounts, patients, and Sales to resolve missing information
- Communicate delays and cancellations and facilitate redraw of samples
- Research and resolve escalated issues via telephone and electronic channels
