You'll support CRM campaign execution and performance tracking for Deliveroo Belgium. You'll gain hands-on experience with email and push notifications while learning how customer engagement drives business impact. 🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and schedule CRM campaigns (email, push notifications)
• Perform quality checks and manage live customer communications
• Monitor campaign performance and create regular reports
• Support A/B testing initiatives and summarize learnings

📋 Requirements

• Currently studying for a Bachelor's or Master's in Belgium
• Available for a 6-month internship
• Comfortable working in English (French/Dutch a plus)
• Basic familiarity with Google Sheets / Excel
