  • Own renewal process for customers under $10K ARR
  • Proactively manage auto-renewal reminders and customer communications
  • Generate and facilitate renewal agreements and signatures
  • Identify upsell opportunities and hand off to Sales
  • Maintain accurate renewal forecasting and CRM hygiene

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • Track record of owning measurable outcomes like retention or renewals
  • Experience in Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or Renewals in SaaS
  • Strong organizational skills managing multiple timelines simultaneously
  • CRM proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot and billing workflows
