๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Own renewal process for customers under $10K ARR
- Proactively manage auto-renewal reminders and customer communications
- Generate and facilitate renewal agreements and signatures
- Identify upsell opportunities and hand off to Sales
- Maintain accurate renewal forecasting and CRM hygiene
๐ Requirements
- Track record of owning measurable outcomes like retention or renewals
- Experience in Customer Success, Revenue Operations, or Renewals in SaaS
- Strong organizational skills managing multiple timelines simultaneously
- CRM proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot and billing workflows
