🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead post-sale technical account strategy for strategic customers
• Drive onboarding, enablement, and healthy consumption of Databricks workloads
• Coordinate Professional Services resources for delivery engagements
• Report KPIs on usage, customer health, and use case progression

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years experience in technical project delivery for Data & AI
• U.S. Citizenship (required for public sector client support)
• Programming in Python, SQL or Scala
• Experience in customer-facing pre-sales, technical architecture, or consulting

✨ Nice to Have

• Active full-scope polygraph clearance
• Experience with distributed data systems
• Bachelor's in CS, IS, Engineering or equivalent
