💼 About This Role

You'll apply expertise in mental health, learning, and behavior to help students succeed academically, socially, and emotionally. You'll participate in problem-solving meetings to design systems and programs that maximize student success across multiple schools in an urban district.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Evaluate general education students for special education services
• Communicate evaluation results to parents and staff
• Participate in IEPC meetings and MDRs
• Assist staff in developing and implementing behavioral plans

📋 Requirements

• Master’s degree with concentration in school psychology
• School Psychologist Certificate
• Commitment to Lansing School District’s mission and vision

✨ Nice to Have

• 5+ years experience with children, families, and school support systems
• Experience constructing Positive Behavior Support Systems
• Experience working with diverse student populations
