You will drive new business within companies of 51-1000 employees, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You'll recruit and manage channel partners, build a 3-5X pipeline, and collaborate with marketing to run joint events. This role is key to expanding Bitwarden's footprint in the mid-market segment.

Requirements

  • 4-8 years of new account or business development experience in high-tech IT sales
  • Proven track record of achieving quota targets and engaging partner ecosystems
  • Strong relationships with SMB/SME resellers and MSP partners
  • Located in U.S. Central or Eastern region
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and manage lead flow to build a 3-5X pipeline within territory

  • Manage and report sales pipeline in CRM with quarterly visibility
