You will drive new business within companies of 51-1000 employees, managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You'll recruit and manage channel partners, build a 3-5X pipeline, and collaborate with marketing to run joint events. This role is key to expanding Bitwarden's footprint in the mid-market segment.
Requirements
- 4-8 years of new account or business development experience in high-tech IT sales
- Proven track record of achieving quota targets and engaging partner ecosystems
- Strong relationships with SMB/SME resellers and MSP partners
- Located in U.S. Central or Eastern region
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Responsibilities
- Prospect and manage lead flow to build a 3-5X pipeline within territory
