Description

You will ensure successful deployment by architecting, configuring, and testing the Workday HCM solution to meet specific client needs. Foster development of other consultants by sharing expertise, support proposal preparations, deliver client demonstrations, and speak at conferences. This remote role is available anywhere in Australia.

Requirements

• Current Workday Partner HCM or Payroll Certification plus at least one other HCM solution certification
• 2-4+ years of Workday configuration and implementation experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Previous consulting experience with a consulting/software company
• Experience deploying Workday, SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, ADP, or similar applications

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in multiple Workday HCM modules (Core, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent, Learning, Payroll/Time Absence)
• Lead or coach deployment teams: gather requirements, design, configure, prototype, test, and complete knowledge transfer
• Assist with legacy data conversion and integration testing
• Mentor new consultants and serve as a professional role model
• Collaborate with project managers to provide status reports and ensure client satisfaction
