💼 About This Role

You'll support health, safety, and environmental protection for enrichment technology development at a mission-driven nuclear fuel startup. Your work will directly contribute to building the world's lowest-cost enrichment services in the US.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop and improve Lockout/Tagout programs and procedures
• Identify electrical hazards and conduct risk assessments
• Create and maintain equipment-specific energy control procedures
• Develop and deliver safety training on electrical safety and LOTO

📋 Requirements

• Pursuing a Bachelor's in Occupational Health and Safety or related field
• Evidence of exceptional ability (projects, portfolio, completed products)
• Strong understanding of Health and Safety fundamentals
• Ability to assess risks and develop mitigation solutions

✨ Nice to Have

• Familiarity with electrical safety standards (NFPA 70E, Control of Hazardous Energy)
• Hands-on or academic experience with LOTO and permit systems
• Experience developing safety training or presentations
