💼 About This Role

You'll build internal data products that scale analytics across Finance teams at OpenAI. You'll own critical ETL pipelines and business-facing data marts, enabling self-service analytics for non-technical stakeholders. This role is a unique opportunity to shape the data foundation of a rapidly growing organization.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Translate Finance data needs into technical requirements
• Develop and maintain dimensional data marts
• Build reliable dashboards for operational and financial metrics
• Uphold data integrity standards and SLAs

📋 Requirements

• 7+ years as Analytics Engineer, Data Analyst, or Data Engineer
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data transformation
• Experience with ETL workflows and orchestration (e.g., Airflow)
• Proficient in a programming language like Python or R

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with frontend frameworks like React or TypeScript
• Understanding of Spark and job optimization
• Led internal production tools for cross-functional teams
