  • Answer inbound calls, chats, and emails about platform features
  • Respond to support emails within 60 minutes
  • Schedule live screen-sharing sessions and phone calls
  • Triage emails to specialized team members as needed

  • English proficiency
  • 1-2 years in customer support or service role
  • Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
  • Experience with computer-based programs like Slack, Asana, Zendesk, Google Workspace
