Description

You will oversee end-to-end operational processes including order management, logistics coordination, and reporting, ensuring efficiency and scalability while collaborating with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Success teams.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years experience in business operations, order management, logistics, or quote-to-cash
• Proficiency in Salesforce, ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite), and MIS reporting tools
• Proven knowledge of quote-to-cash processes (CPQ, billing, revenue flow)
• Strong experience in 3PL operations and vendor management
• Demonstrated ability in vendor negotiation and performance management

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of customer orders ensuring timely and accurate execution
• Maintain high data integrity across Salesforce and ERP systems
• Manage relationships with third-party logistics (3PL) partners
• Identify process gaps and implement improvements, drive automation initiatives
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and Customer Success teams; act as escalation point
