Description

You will manage end-to-end payroll operations and accounting across APAC countries including China, Japan, South Korea, and others. You'll ensure payroll accuracy, compliance, and timely processing while collaborating with HR, Finance, and external vendors. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required to support China payroll operations.

Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin Chinese and English
• Hands-on experience managing China payroll
• Experience with Japan and South Korea payroll preferred
• Strong knowledge of APAC payroll compliance and statutory requirements
• Good understanding of payroll accounting and reconciliation

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for APAC countries including China, Japan, South Korea
• Review payroll inputs and validate reports before final approval
• Prepare and review payroll journal entries for general ledger
• Reconcile payroll-related accounts and support month-end close
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and statutory filings
