Description
You will lead development teams to define AI technical standards, architect MLOps platforms, and deliver production-ready AI solutions. You'll shape Praxent's AI future by mentoring engineers, supporting presales, and ensuring secure, scalable AI deployments that drive client success.
Requirements
- Deep experience designing and delivering AI-enabled systems in production
- Expertise in AI architecture patterns and implementation
- Ability to translate client needs into technical narratives and plans
- Experience with MLOps, security, and observability for AI deployments
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and mentoring skills
Responsibilities
- Define and maintain AI technical standards, reference architectures, and templates
- Lead architecture reviews and act as quality gate for AI design decisions
- Support presales by designing AI strategies, architectures, and proofs of concept
- Design and deploy MLOps/AIOps platforms for model lifecycle management
- Develop and deliver AI training programs and mentor engineers
