💼 About This Role

You'll lead the unified product strategy across Brigit's core financial products, including Instant Cash, Line of Credit, and Credit Builder. Your work will break down silos and drive responsible scaling of a line of credit from beta. You'll partner with Risk, Finance, and Compliance to ensure compounding member value.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Own unified product strategy across Instant Cash, Line of Credit, Credit Builder, and Payments.
• Lead responsible scaling of Line of Credit from limited beta.
• Develop renewed thesis for Credit Builder.
• Partner with Risk, Finance, and Compliance to manage downstream impact.

📋 Requirements

• 8+ years product management experience.
• 3+ years leading a portfolio of financial or consumer credit products.
• Deep command of credit product unit economics.
• Proven ability to orchestrate across Risk, Compliance, Finance, and Engineering.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with earned wage access (EWA), revolving credit, BNPL, or regulated consumer lending.
• Platform and systems thinking with track record of reusable infrastructure.
