🎯 What You'll Do

• Discover opportunities via whitespace analysis for product adoption
• Engage one-to-many with customers through journeys and webinars
• Ensure product adoption to drive usage, upsell, and retention
• Collaborate with onboarding and support teams to prevent churn

📋 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience in SaaS or hospitality industry
• Ability to prioritize tasks on value and timeline
• Fluency in English and German

• Experience using Gainsight, Salesforce, Confluence, Slack
