You'll support underwriting and financial analysis for single-family rental investment opportunities, partnering with Business Development and Investment teams to evaluate new deals. Your analysis will directly inform portfolio strategy and growth initiatives. This role offers exposure to both investment decision-making and business development in a fast-growing real estate tech platform.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Support underwriting and financial analysis for investment opportunities
• Partner with Business Development to evaluate new opportunities

• Build and maintain financial models for opportunities and portfolio insights
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate, or related field
• 2-4+ years of experience in real estate, investment banking, or analytical roles
• Strong financial modeling and Excel skills
• Analytical mindset with ability to connect data to business decisions

✨ Nice to Have

• Exposure to real estate investing (SFR, multifamily, or residential)
• Experience with SQL, Tableau, or Sigma
• Interest in business development, partnerships, or growth strategy
