Description

You will provide Tier 1 help desk support, assist with onboarding/offboarding, configure Mac devices, document IT workflows, audit applications, and help enhance an internal IT AI bot. This hybrid role gives you hands-on experience in a collaborative environment supporting real-world systems.

Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's in IT, Computer Science, or related field
• Rising junior or senior preferred
• Basic familiarity with Mac OS
• Exposure to Jamf, Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian is a plus
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 help desk support via ticketing systems, Slack, and in-person
• Assist with employee onboarding/offboarding including device setup and access management
• Configure and support Mac devices and related hardware
• Document IT workflows and update knowledge base articles
• Audit applications and tools for accuracy and access control
