You'll lead the Partner Sales team in APAC, driving co-sell and pipeline generation through partners. You'll recruit and develop a high-performance team fostering collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to shape partner strategy in a people-first culture at a market-leading database company.

๐ŸŽฏ What You'll Do

  • Develop holistic regional partner strategy aligned with AVP priorities
  • Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Partner Sales Specialists
  • Own partner team quota and forecasting for geographies
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration with Partner Programs, CSM, SA, SDR, Sales

๐Ÿ“‹ Requirements

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in competitive market with new business focus
  • 10+ years managing a partner sales team generating pipeline through Cloud/System Integrators/ISV
  • Experience with Greater China and Korea market
  • Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)

  • Experience in developing repeatable mechanisms for efficiency
  • Track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
  • BA/BS degree
