You'll lead the Partner Sales team in APAC, driving co-sell and pipeline generation through partners. You'll recruit and develop a high-performance team fostering collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to shape partner strategy in a people-first culture at a market-leading database company.
๐ฏ What You'll Do
- Develop holistic regional partner strategy aligned with AVP priorities
- Recruit, onboard, and ramp new Partner Sales Specialists
- Own partner team quota and forecasting for geographies
- Drive cross-functional collaboration with Partner Programs, CSM, SA, SDR, Sales
๐ Requirements
- 10+ years of quota-carrying experience in competitive market with new business focus
- 10+ years managing a partner sales team generating pipeline through Cloud/System Integrators/ISV
- Experience with Greater China and Korea market
- Sales Methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)

- Experience in developing repeatable mechanisms for efficiency
- Track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets
- BA/BS degree
