🎯 What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end delivery governance for enterprise AI agent deployments
• Lead implementation planning across scope, timelines, milestones, and risks
• Oversee client onboarding including product configuration and integration
• Manage senior client stakeholders through steering reviews and escalations

📋 Requirements

• 8-10 years in implementation delivery or customer onboarding for SaaS
• Enterprise technology roles experience with CRM, AI, or automation products
• Strong program management skills managing multiple deployments
• Client stakeholder management with multi-stakeholder implementation programs
