You'll support neurodiverse adults in a group home setting, helping with daily activities and community integration. You'll represent their needs and assist with transportation, building life skills. This role offers a $1,000 sign-on bonus and a collaborative, mission-driven team.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide support with daily activities and household chores
• Assist with meal preparation and recreational activities
• Transport individuals to community activities
• Contribute to program planning and implementation

📋 Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid US driver's license with at least 3 years of driving experience
• Prior experience working with individuals with disabilities in a professional setting strongly preferred
• Access to reliable transportation; may use personal vehicle
