Description
As a Customer Success Manager at Renaissance for the Washington and Oregon territory, you will manage a high-volume portfolio of 300–350 accounts, driving renewals and retention through a scaled engagement strategy that blends automated and targeted interactions. You'll leverage data insights, tools like Salesforce and Gainsight, and collaborate with Sales to ensure customers achieve successful outcomes with our education technology platform.
Requirements
- 1-3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, Renewals, or Sales
- Experience managing a high-volume or scaled book of business preferred
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven and solutions-oriented mindset
Responsibilities
- Manage a high-volume portfolio (300–350 accounts, ~$2.5M ARR) driving renewals and retention
- Execute a scaled engagement strategy segmenting customers by ARR
- Deliver data-driven insights using customer health scores and adoption metrics
- Lead key customer initiatives such as back-to-school readiness and business reviews
- Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities
