🎯 What You'll Do

  • Design customer lifecycle programs across adoption, retention, and expansion.
  • Own integrated campaign framework and annual planning.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, consistent campaign launches.
  • Define and track success metrics for customer marketing and campaigns.

📋 Requirements

  • 6–9+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or technology.
  • Proven experience owning integrated campaign strategy and execution.
  • Direct experience in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

  • Experience in pre-IPO or scaling organizations.
  • Exposure to partner or ecosystem marketing.
