🎯 What You'll Do
- Design customer lifecycle programs across adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Own integrated campaign framework and annual planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, consistent campaign launches.
- Define and track success metrics for customer marketing and campaigns.
📋 Requirements
- 6–9+ years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS or technology.
- Proven experience owning integrated campaign strategy and execution.
- Direct experience in customer marketing or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong cross-functional leadership in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

- Experience in pre-IPO or scaling organizations.
