Description

You will manage the end-to-end development of Seamless products for both men's and women's ranges, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to Gymshark's quality, sustainability, and compliance standards. You'll own the critical path, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and serve as the technical authority for your products.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and technical development for Seamless products
• Proven experience managing product development critical paths and on-time delivery
• Technical understanding of color, raw materials, and quality processes
• Familiarity with sustainability practices and compliance standards
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Lead Seamless product development from concept to final sign-off
• Own and maintain product development critical path, managing risks and delays
• Act as technical owner for construction, fit, and make-up
• Coordinate with Design, Fit, Colour, Raw Materials, and Quality teams
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and performance standards
