Description

You will act as the COO of our Product organization, bridging Culinary and Operations teams to drive the product expansion roadmap. Your role involves optimizing the weekly menu, building scalable processes, and owning internal product tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years in Strategy Operations, Management Consulting, Product Operations, or Supply Chain Management
• Experience in high-growth or scale-up environment with 0-to-1 or 1-to-10 exposure
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and proficiency with SQL; Tableau and Python are a plus
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional leaders across departments and geographies
• Readiness to build, coach, and manage a high-performing team

Responsibilities

• Optimize weekly menu by developing menu planning algorithms and analyzing recipe performance
• Lead weekly Menu Post-Mortem to translate customer feedback into actionable insights
• Improve Recipe Database by identifying gaps and setting R&D sprint priorities
• Drive process excellence and scalability by standardizing and automating end-to-end processes
• Own internal product tool landscape and ensure product data quality
