You'll provide psychotherapy services to residents in senior living communities, working with an interdisciplinary team to improve their emotional well-being. Your work will help older adults manage challenges and enhance their quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based care.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy to residents in senior living settings
• Conduct assessments, formulate diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and facility staff for coordinated care
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR system with ICD-10 coding

📋 Requirements

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology or related field
• Active LCSW, LPC, or LMFT license (or eligibility to obtain)
• 1-2 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adult or geriatric populations

• Experience in long-term care, assisted living, or skilled nursing
• Knowledge of dementia and cognitive impairment management
