You'll design and build agentic AI systems for identity verification, working from the ground up in a small, high-leverage team. You'll prototype and productionize LLM-powered workflows and define architecture for scalable AI services. This role stands out as a founding opportunity with deep technical challenges.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Design and build tool-using agentic systems
• Prototype and productionize LLM-powered workflows
• Build internal evaluation frameworks for agent reliability
• Define system architecture for scalable, secure AI services

📋 Requirements

• 6+ years building backend systems in production
• Strong Python experience with FastAPI or similar
• Experience with distributed systems and async workflows
• Hands-on experience building LLM agents and multi-step reasoning workflows

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience in fraud, risk, compliance, or identity systems
• Experience building internal AI evaluation pipelines
• Familiarity with vector databases (pgvector, Pinecone)
