You will lead a high-performing team designing, building, and scaling Salesforce systems that power Go-to-Market, Operations, and Customer Experience teams. You'll balance strategic oversight with hands-on contribution, driving AI-native solutions and mentoring engineers in a high-growth environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years Salesforce development and architecture experience
• 2+ years managing or leading technical teams in high-growth environment
• Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and platform APIs
• Strong command of Salesforce DevOps best practices (Git, CI/CD)
• Experience architecting integrations between Salesforce and GTM tools

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce engineers, fostering career development
• Drive architectural vision and technical roadmap for Salesforce platform and GTM applications
• Champion and integrate AI-native solutions within Ops/CX/GTM systems
• Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into engineering backlog
• Own operational excellence, managing sprint capacity and ensuring high-quality delivery
