Description
In this high-impact role, you will inherit an active pipeline and collaborate with a technical field team to deliver integrated security solutions. You'll drive revenue by identifying and closing new business, while managing and growing assigned accounts in the Memphis, TN area.
Requirements
- 5–7+ years of outside sales experience in commercial security, access control, construction, or building materials
- Proven ability to scope jobs and close consultative deals
- Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels
- Proficiency with CRM platforms
- Process-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and hunter mindset
Responsibilities
- Serve as trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and technology roadmap
- Coordinate with operations and project managers for seamless handoffs and customer satisfaction
- Manage day-to-day customer needs including SSA renewals, quoting, and issue resolution
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and advise on upgrades, compliance, or service improvements
- Build and manage a pipeline of 10–20 active opportunities monthly in CRM
