Description

In this high-impact role, you will inherit an active pipeline and collaborate with a technical field team to deliver integrated security solutions. You'll drive revenue by identifying and closing new business, while managing and growing assigned accounts in the Memphis, TN area.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of outside sales experience in commercial security, access control, construction, or building materials
  • Proven ability to scope jobs and close consultative deals
  • Excellent communication skills across multiple stakeholder levels
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms
  • Process-oriented, collaborative, adaptable, and hunter mindset

Responsibilities

  • Serve as trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business goals and technology roadmap
  • Coordinate with operations and project managers for seamless handoffs and customer satisfaction
  • Manage day-to-day customer needs including SSA renewals, quoting, and issue resolution
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and advise on upgrades, compliance, or service improvements
  • Build and manage a pipeline of 10–20 active opportunities monthly in CRM
