• Support customers in adopting CBM and CMMS solutions for value realization.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and ROI by coordinating internal teams.
• Identify account growth opportunities through strong outcomes and relationships.
• Lead onboarding, on-site visits, and stakeholder training for successful deployment.

📋 Requirements

• 5+ years in manufacturing or industrial maintenance environments.
• Client-facing experience with a customer-focused mindset.
• Project management experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field.
