You'll support licensed colorists to deliver seamless guest experiences and learn services toward promotion to Licensed Colorist in 3-9 months. You'll master Madison Reed consultations and hair care products while building relationships in a fast-paced salon. This role offers paid training and career growth in a supportive environment.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Perform behind-the-chair services like shampooing, blowouts, styling.
• Contribute to monthly sales goals for retail, services, memberships.
• Ensure cleanliness, merchandising, and inventory standards.
• Complete Assistant Colorist to Colorist Training including color theory.

📋 Requirements

• Active cosmetology license in state of application.
• Entry-level customer service or retail sales experience.
• Effective communication and problem-solving in fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable with point of sale systems.
