You'll install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings. You'll handle service, replacements, and upgrades with minimal supervision while ensuring code and manufacturer compliance. This role provides diverse work and the independence to manage your own schedule.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Assemble, install, maintain, and test HVAC equipment.
• Diagnose issues and repair furnaces, ACs, heat pumps, and boilers.
• Read blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Complete service tickets and collect payments.

📋 Requirements

• Licensed HVAC Technician in Connecticut or equivalent certification.
• EPA 608 Certification.
• 5+ years residential and light commercial HVAC experience.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass background/drug test.

• Experience with older or legacy HVAC systems.
• Leadership or mentoring experience.
