🎯 What You'll Do

• Define hiring needs based on growth and team structure.

📋 Requirements

• 3+ years of in-house recruiting experience.
• Proven track record of partnering with Engineering Leaders.
• Experience hiring for senior backend, fullstack, or frontend engineers.
• Ability to juggle multiple roles and prioritize effectively.
