You'll support day-to-day accounting operations and month-end close for a collaborative team in Long Beach, CA. This role helps ensure accurate financial reporting and provides opportunities for growth within a national accounting firm.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Prepare and post journal entries
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Perform bank and account reconciliations
• Support external audit requests and documentation

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Working knowledge of GAAP
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups)

✨ Nice to Have

• Public accounting experience
• CPA eligible or pursuing certification
• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle)
