Description

You will act as a horizontal enabler across all product teams, designing systems and processes that remove friction between R&D and go-to-market. Build a strong Product community, establish shared language and operating standards, and enable PMs to do their best work.

Requirements

• Strategic thinking to design horizontal product operations
• Experience in product management or product operations
• Ability to work with Product Directors, PMs, and GTM teams
• Strong community-building and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Remove bottlenecks between R&D and go-to-market handoffs
• Build operating foundations and tooling standards for Product
• Design systems and engagement patterns that scale
• Establish shared language and operating standards across product teams
• Own processes connecting discovery, delivery, and go-to-market
