You'll oversee accounting, finance, and compliance for a global social impact organization. You'll lead audit activities and enhance ERP systems with NetSuite. This role offers a chance to drive process simplification across a mission-driven enterprise.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Oversee accounts, ledgers, and reporting systems for GAAP compliance.
• Coordinate all audit activity and implement internal controls.
• Manage financial statements audits and grant accounting.
• Supervise accounting team and regional finance managers.

📋 Requirements

• CPA certification required
• At least 5 years in a Controller position
• Nonprofit accounting experience including grants accounting
• Experience with NetSuite ERP platform
