💼 About This Role

You'll serve as a primary escalation point for complex customer concerns related to crypto transactions, account issues, and platform usage. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams like Compliance, Risk, Product, and Engineering to investigate and resolve issues efficiently. This role offers the chance to support account-related inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to improve support workflows.

🎯 What You'll Do

  • Escalate and resolve complex customer issues via ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Product, and Engineering teams.
  • Monitor ticket queues and ensure SLA targets are met.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on team performance and trends.

📋 Requirements

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer support or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in any field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Ability to work shifting schedules (morning, mid, graveyard).
