💼 About This Role

You'll lead the construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities, managing complex infrastructure projects from planning to closeout. You'll oversee budgets, schedules, and teams to deliver projects on time and within budget. This role offers the chance to work on large-scale projects with a focus on safety and quality.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Lead and manage all phases of water/wastewater plant construction projects.
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Negotiate contracts, change orders, and manage risk.

📋 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing water/wastewater plant construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
• Knowledge of water/wastewater process systems and civil/structural works.
• Proven ability to manage projects exceeding $15M in value.

✨ Nice to Have

• Experience with alternative delivery methods (CMAR, Design-Build).
• Proficiency with project management tools (Primavera P6, MS Project, Procore).
• PMP or PE license.
