💼 About This Role

You'll design and implement safety-critical autonomous flight software for a cutting-edge aviation company, integrating with avionics hardware and contributing to DO-178C certification processes. Your work will directly enable reliable flight autonomy.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Develop flight-critical software in C/C++ following DO-178C processes.
• Integrate software with avionics hardware interfaces and troubleshoot issues.
• Create and maintain software requirements, code, and certification artifacts.
• Support HIL, PIL, and flight testing activities.

📋 Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's in CS, EE, Aerospace, or related field.
• 3-5 years embedded or flight software experience in a DO-178C environment.
• Strong proficiency in C/C++ for embedded, real-time, safety-critical systems.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and low-level topics.

✨ Nice to Have

• Background integrating software across diverse avionics platforms or multicore systems.
• Familiarity with flight controls, autonomy, GNC, or aircraft certification efforts.
• Exposure to MathWorks tools and Model-Based Development workflows (DO-331).
