You'll build and iterate on AI systems powering sales agents that engage buyers across chat, voice, and email. Your work will directly impact customer pipelines, driving step-change improvements for companies like Rho. You'll join a small, senior team at a well-funded startup shaping AI-native GTM motions.

🎯 What You'll Do

• Build and iterate on AI systems for chat, email, voice, and enrichment agents
• Improve retrieval, ranking, and response quality in production
• Contribute to evaluation and quality measurement across the platform
• Ship multiple times daily using modern stack and tools

📋 Requirements

• 4+ years engineering experience with LLMs and related technologies
• Experience at a startup building fast with a small team
• Proven ability to ship ML/AI systems in production
• Strong software engineering fundamentals across the stack
